Wow this one are look awesome! I like painting style that you use in here 
Damian looks so handsome and his eyes strongly stare at me like this pieces are really alive, have a stong feel in it, he seems really cool and deadly person, yes it clearly state, yet his hair are look glorious too, like it washed away by the wind but I think it will be more perfect if you put details on his hair too, but well detailling on hair are kinda hard and take so much time (I even lazy to do details on hair x'D) but I found some tuttorial for you in detailling hair, hope this help you and you can experiment with it latter
